SCHOKOLADE CHOCOLATE APPRECIATION WORKSHOP
Enjoy the evening making moulded 3D chocolate form and decorate with contrasting chocolate. Learn various techniques such as rolling and dipping truffles, dipping fresh fruit, writing with chocolate, etc.. Lots of information from our Chocolatier about how cocoa is grown and processed, how chocolate is made, and how to select and store good quality chocolate for home use. Taste our artisan chocolate, sample our signature Ancient Aztec hot chocolates, enjoy appetizers and bring home all your finished chocolate pieces. All participants enjoy a 10% discount on all chocolates purchased in-store during the class. Course includes all materials.

This workshop is specially created for anyone who needs a fun chocolate evening, after Seminar fun chocolate event, staff incentives, or special events with chocolate theme. You may choose to have this exciting class at your office or our location. Please contact us for special event date and time.
SPECIAL GROUP RATES:
Cost per person 2 hours class: from $60, depending on group size.
OFF SITE: There will be a delivery and setup/ take down fee from $100 – $200 (depending on distance), service charge 10% applicable if the workshop is at your location.
Optional : Chocolate drinks, light hors ‘oeuvres or desserts are available upon request.
Choice of topic upon request. Please contact us for special group larger than 25 people.

We/I (the participant/s) shall be fully responsible for the following:
During the class, the Chocolaiter or Instructor will be operating all equipment and and sharp tools. (i.e scissors, spatulas) We/I (the participant/s) understand that there may be unforeseen injuries such as cuts, or burns, slips & falls in our kitchen or cafe or at your location during this workshop, in spite of diligent supervision and instructions from the chocolatier/ instructor.
We/I (the participant/s) shall take full responsibility also for all food and beverage consumption within the course, both for the tasting products and take home products.
We/I (the organizer/s, the company, all students/participants/the parents/ the guarantor) hereby waive any liability of all Schokolade’s staff, the chocolatier/instructors, Schokolade Café, Schokolade Artisan Chocolate, Schokolade’s directors, regarding such injuries, illness or accidents during the period.
Periodically Schokolade may select group pictures only of workshop/ party participants to be published in our brochures or website.
We/I (participants/all concerns) agree that Schokolade Cafe Inc is allowed to use our event group picture (no individual person picture) or chocolate creation for publicity purposes.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
BOOKING: Please book a minimum of 1 week before the workshop begins.
BOOKING FEE: $10 per person per booking. Group booking Fee: $50 per booking. All the booking fee is non refundable, upon anytime cancellation. Postponement will incur additional booking fee.
PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Visa, Master card, Debit, credit card particulars required upon booking.
Full payment for Valentines’ Day chocolate & wine event, or any Fundraising events, non refundable.
CANCELLATION CHARGE: Based on the workshop fee (exclusive of tax and the booking fee). 50% charge for less than 3 days notice and a 100% charge for no show or last minute cancellation. No charge for cancellation if notice provided for more than 1 week.
