Fun Chocolate Birthday Party

Thank you for considering our artisan chocolate fun theme for your child’s birthday party. Our objective is to ensure that every child has fun making chocolates with their hands, to become aware about kitchen tools, ingredients, the magic of mixing ingredients, and of course enjoying their creations. Best of all they’ll have fun with their friends during this workshop. Parents can relax, we take care of the set-up and cleanup. All kids will bring back their own chocolate creations in a goodie bag. Schokolade can also supply optional party food, chocolate drinks and customized birthday cakes.

The following items will be included in the aboved Theme:

Create chocolate pieces with dark, milk and white chocolate.

Learn how to mold chocolate pieces, decorating and dipping skills, as well as gift wrapping the finished chocolate to bring home. We'll use creative tools and material to inspire the children and expand their imagination by using the chocolate to create their favorite items.

They will also create 3 other chocolate art works with fresh fruit, caramel and their own chocolate lollipop. All the materials are nut free. Traces of tree nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios) are present in our facilities , as well as wheat or gluten products. We do not have any peanut or sesame products in our store.

Weekday: Tuesday - Thursday: from 10am - 4pm

Receive a 20% discount for any party booked during the weekday from Tuesday to Thursday Only (this offer does not apply to month of December).

Weekend: Friday - Saturday: 10am - 12noon, 1pm - 3pm, 3.30pm -5.30pm

Minimum: 10 kids for any days except Sunday, maximum of 12

Sunday: 2pm - 4pm, Minimum 15 kids, maximum 20 kids

Select one of the following Packages (for young children 6- 12 years old):

A. 1 hour chocolate class, all instruction, all packaging materials and take home finished chocolates: $25 per kid (20% discount applicable for this fee only if it is a weekday party (this offer does not apply to month of December).

Teen: from 14 - 16 years old:$35/ per hour

B. 1.5 hours party include : 1 hour chocolate class, all packaging materials, and instructions, + 1/2 hour party time having fun with friends, take home finished chocolates, include customized birthday cake & hot chocolate : $30 per kid

C. 2 hours party All-Inclusive Package: 1 hour chocolate class, all packaging materials and instructions, + 1 hour fun party time having fun with friends, take home finished chocolates, completed food package with pizza, fresh fruit platter, customized birthday cake, hot chocolate. $35 per kid ** most popular anytime package.

D. 2.5 hours party All-Inclusive Package: 1.5 hour chocolate class + 1 hour fun party time with friends, all packaging materials, instructions and take home finished chocolates, include completed food package with pizza, fresh fruit platter, customized birthday cake and hot chocolate. $38 per kid. ** most popular Sunday package.

Schokolade will provide the following supplies:

Choose the following Food and Drink :

All children will receive the same choice, unless a food allergy is mentioned prior to the event.

1. Choose 1 food item : Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza or Grilled Ham & cheese Pannini sandwich

2. Choice of Cake: Chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla, with decorations and birthday inscription.

3. Seasonal Fruit platter with assorted fruits.

4. Milk Chocolate drink

* Schokolade Cafe is a licensed cafe and we do not allow outside food and drinks to be brought in the store. Thank you for your understanding.

Please read and approve the waiver before the party or workshop date. If we do not receive the waiver in writting, compliance is assumed.

Waiver/ Disclaimer for participants of CHILDREN'S GROUPS, and BIRTHDAY PARTYS

We/I (the participant/s) shall be fully responsible for the following:

During the class, the Chocolaiter or Instructor will be operating all equipment and and sharp tools. (i.e scissors, spatulas) We/I (the participant/s) understand that there may be unforeseen injuries such as cuts, or burns, slips & falls in our kitchen or cafe or at your location during this workshop, in spite of diligent supervision and instructions from the chocolatier/ instructor.

We/I (the participant/s) shall take full responsibility also for all food and beverage consumption within the course, both for the tasting products and take home products.

We/I (the organizer/s, the company, all students/participants/the parents/ the guarantor) hereby waive any liability of all Schokolade’s staff, the chocolatier/instructors, Schokolade Café, Schokolade Artisan Chocolate, Schokolade's directors, regarding such injuries, illness or accidents during the period.

Periodically Schokolade may select group pictures only of workshop/ party participants to be published in our brochures or website.

We/I (the participants/all concerns) agree that Schokolade Cafe Inc is allowed to use our event group picture (no individual person picture) or chocolate creation for publicity purposes.

We/I (the participants/all parents) agree that there'll be no video taking for the group during the chocolate workshop. All pictures must be taken 5 minutes before or after the class.

*Parents or guardians who are interested to be in the class, must pay the fee according to our adult program unless with special permission before the class. Thank you for your understanding.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

BOOKING: Please book a minimum 1 week before the workshop begins.

BOOKING FEE: $20 per birthday party confirmed booking. All the booking fee is non refundable, upon anytime cancellation. Postponement will incur additional booking fee.

PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Visa, Master card, Debit, credit card particulars required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION CHARGE: Based on the workshop fee (exclusive of tax and the booking fee). 50% charge for less than 3 days notice and a 100% charge for no show or last minute cancellation. No charge for cancellation if notice provided for more than 2 weeks, except with the booking fee is non refundable.
