made in-house,

finest ingredients available
from local markets.

special features about our Artisan Fresh Made
chocolates:

No preservatives or additives added.

fillings are made with fresh BC grown ingredients

Dark Healthy & Fresh Chocolates pralines &
truffles:
No sugar
added to the fillings for the following which are coated or mixed
with 70% dark chocolate, 100% fresh fruit puree, unsalted butter,
and fresh cream.
a. Alcohol
based: Dark Brandy, Dark Whisky
b. Fruit
based: Dark Pommegranate, Dark Passion fruit, Dark Raspberry
heart, Dark Mah-Jon with fresh orange zest
c. Coffee
based: Dark Mokka with fresh brewed Expresso,
d. Nut based:
Dark Almond, Dark Hedgehog with hazelnut,

Delightful and Fresh chocolate pralines &
truffles:
Minimum sugar
added to the following chocolate's fillings or sugar from
Milk or White chocolate, with 100% fresh fruit puree,
mixed dry fruits, mixed nuts (no peanuts or peanut products in our
entire production kitchen), fresh cream and unsalted
butter:
a. Fruit
based: Dark & white Sunny orange, Dark Raspberry
Jelly,
Dark
blueberry, Dark cherry
b. Nut based:
Milk hedgehog, Dark Italian Nougat, white & milk Swiss
almond
c. Tea based:
Chai with Dark fillings & lightly coated with milk
chocolate,
Earl
Grey with milk chocolate.

sinful: Milk Caramel, Milk Mango Jelly

commitment to making not only a delicious but healthier chocolate
that caters to all tastes.
We
have made a commitment to use only best
quality European chocolate couvertures from Lindt in all
of our products. You can find bulk Lindt chocolate
couvertures 70% dark Ecaudor from our cafe. You may use these
chocolate for drinking, tasting and baking
purpose.

We use 100% Fresh Passion Fruit Puree, 70% dark
chocolate and fresh cream with no sugar added into the
fillings. In the beautiful Mer-lion mould (a lion and a
mermaid tail)

raspberry and hazelnuts.

We encourage recycle, useful packaging materials,
constantly sourcing for creative packaging material to reduce
